Malfunctioning Rollei 6008

Friends, my beloved 6008 has developed a nasty habit. After exposing two frames on a new 120 roll, the winder engages and winds the roll to the end.

Unfortunately it was not an aberration and has happened three times with three fresh rolls. Would appreciate any suggestions.

<br />I think the film magazine controls the film advance (via internal switches). Can you/have you tried another magazine?</p>

<p>I have experienced similar behavior but only under extremely humid conditions. Relative humidity was nearly 100%. After taking the 6008i indoors it "settled down" and worked normally again. </p>

<p>Thanks gents. Joe, I will try another back. And Ferdi, it has happened both in the winter and summer with average humidity. Hopefully, a different back will do it. <br>
