jerry_svensson1
Hi!

My GF's father works atr a university, and got me some left over polaroidfilm, about 30 double-boxes. They are battery driven so wont fit my 180, and they where too wide for my sx-70 so Im looking to find a good camera that takes this film. Also, can i except the batteries to work? Expired -98.
The film:

larrydressler
I believe that that was for the Spectra cameras.
henryp
The batteries will almost certainly work. When Polaroid released their very first film+battery combo they also released a limited-edition flashlight powered by one of those batteries. I gave one to my wife. Still works. The film's emulsion though is more likely to exhibit the effects of aging and of variations in storage.
BTW, Image Instant Film fit Polaroid Image, 1200 & Spectra Cameras.

Henry Posner
B&H Photo-Video

Henry Posner B&H Photo-Video
jerry_svensson1
Ok, thanks for the answers! Seems to be a range of cameras for them. Any idea which one is the jewel for this film?
peter_simpson1
Check the goodwill auction website for some really cheap Polaroid cameras, once you figure out which one you need (sorry, can't be any help with that)
allen_gara
It's either SX-70 type or 600 type. Spectra film, normally says "Spectra" on the box, and it's not square, it's rectangular.
