don_baccus Posted October 8, 1997 Share Posted October 8, 1997 I don't know about "regularly", but I did find a pair, ummm, copulating in the small lagoon at the "Ship Ashore" tourist feature north of Crescent City. The lagoons back by a motel there. I photograph their fairly regularly when I'm in southern Oregon/northern California as it's good for snowy egrets, cormorants, and a few other things.
