Hello everyone! It is March or nearly March depending upon where you are. I am starting about an hour before midnight EST because I am rather hurried, though it is Sunday. Please post your FD related shots!

My contributions are a few leftover Akashi Castle cat shots. February was hectic and I could not even finish the first roll in my new black FTb. Well it is the first of March in Japan and the first plum blossoms are out. Meanwhile, cat photos.

00d9ea-555278284.jpg.a4007e86aceb45a4094f17ea2e999a70.jpg

Last night was the first clear sharp night sky here during the past several days of cold, snow & ice storms.
And the next few days forecast are more gloom & doom so I figured I better not look a gift horse in the mouth and shot last night's 78% Waxing Moon as it trends towards Full. Canon FDn 400/4.5

Driving home after dark from shooting yesterday's sunset at a lake, this was up in the sky behind a thin layer of clouds.
Shot it looking East as it was still rising, almost at it's apex...92% illumination, Waxing Moon.
Canon FDn 400/4.5

Great shots everyone! Keep them coming.

Here are two more shots from around Akashi Castle. I used a very beat up Canon F-1, an old two-touch FD 80-200/4 I found in "junk" at Naniwa Camera, Kobe and Fuji Neopan 1600, which has been discontinued.
First, a cat posing for me.
