Nikon Wednesday 2014: #28

<p>Trying out the Tamron 150-600 on my D800 this past week. It is going to take some getting used to; really changes how I have to consider my shooting style compared to my previous lenses. These aren't perfect, but I am so far pleased considering the limits on any lens of this sorts. <br>

<p>Well, seeing as everyone has been submitting flowers and insects this week, I'll throw in one taken a little while back while getting used to my D3200. Hummingbird moths are very fast, and the D3200's autofocus is not, but occasionally we get a hit.</p><div></div>

<p>Returning from a trip to the North Shore, discovered these four stones in my pants pocket. My daughter put them there. Is it not funny how we keep certain things, that on their own, are pretty much worthless?</p>

<p>Kyle Bybee - love your Iowa shots. I'm a long-time Iowa inmate - err, resident, and I find it hard to find stuff to shoot here. There are lots of farms though. I should get out of town more often!</p>
