steve_bingham
Fellow Photographers,
I will be leaving for Lake Powell this Tuesday, August 19th. I have reserved a 150hp speedboat for all day Wed. Any suggestions for "secret" scenics - besides the obvious Rainbow Bridge? They will have to be near the south end of the lake. Even a speedboat won't get to the north end and back in one day!! I have photographed the famous Antelope Canyon slots many times; both the upper canyon and the lower canyon where all the hikers were lost. And yes, I was very careful. Please be as specific as possible. Thanks a bunch.
Steve
dan_smith
Probably too late to help, but if you rent a 350 horse speedboat you can go to the North end of the lake where the best stuff would be for someone in a hurry. Those babies really cruise & you could enjoy the trip at a much faster pace. Just the thing to get you in the mood for the contemplative work you are looking for.
