Hector Javkin
How does photo.net decide what to include in this forum? Just curious.
andylynn
That's nice, but if you're going to stick something that large on your camera why not use a shoe mount flash?
Matt Laur
I don't know if it's reasonable to refer to any light source that's perched an inch above and in line with the lens as a candidate for providing "professional lighting results." I, also, would rather just shoe-mount a flash with a rotating head and arrange to bounce it off something so the light's not dead-on on axis. I applaud them for designing something that for sure some people will want to try and may even use, but it's not going to replace more serious lighting gear or techniques. Laws of physics problem.
photo.net_industry_news
Hi Hector - if it isn't something that will likely be covered in the forums (or if it is big news, regardless) or generally industry news, we include it. If we just think it is unique news or even if it is small news that may be interesting to people...the list goes on. IF we have time to write something up and it seems newsworthy, it goes here. :)
