Bronica S2A Bellows

I recently acquired a bellows for my S2A but I can't get it to mount

properly to the camera body. I removed the focus ring and the

mount on the bellows seems like it should fit but the there is

insufficient room to mount the camera without fouling on the

bellows. The shutter button and the step down button both hit

the bellows body. I can almost get the two to match but then there is no room for the camera to rotate so as to lock the two together. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Is it possible that I have a bellows for a later model or is there an adapter ring needed? Help!!!

I'm sure someone has passed on to you that the bellows were made for the S series and need a converter attachment to attach to the S2/S2A/C series.
