geoff_bryant1
I've recently split an existing website into two new sites. In the past I've made the main site images 500 pixels on the long side, but for the new Botanical Stock Photos site (www.botanicalstockphotos.com) I've decided to make them a bit larger - 630 pixels on the long side. I'm just wondering if some of you would let me know if the pages fit well enough on your devices? The following links are to similar images, one horizontal, the other vertical. Thanks for any feedback.
Geoff Bryant
http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-rhododendron-lems-cameo-18049.htm
http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/photo-rhododendron-lems-cameo-18051.htm
lachaine
They fit fine within the display dimensions on both my Android phone and tablet. They are about the size you would expect a 640 pixel wide or tall image would be. No idea about Apple and its "retina" devices though. I'm still not totally clear how those work with my own website.
