Lomography reinvents the Petzval Lens

We typically think of Lomography as analogue/alternative/film...but just in case you haven't heard about the latest project, check this out (summarized from a recent press release):<br>

<br />In just one week using Kickstarter, Lomography has raised $1 Million, blowing out the original goal of $100,000. This funding is going towards reinventing the 1840 lens created by Josef Petzval, a joint partnership between Lomography and Zenit. This lens is known for its lovely swirly bokeh, sharp focus, and artful vignettes.<br>
