wazungi
Wednesday again and I'm having trouble finding a shot worthy of inclusion. It's not easy given the quality of this week's offerings. Ray House has given us a great shot, and Roberta's hummers are stunning, especially the first one. Other standouts for me are Stanley's frog, Patrick's gloves, and Miha's third. Mine is of a local grass; I hope it pleases.

johnfarrar
Too infrequently, maybe once a year, I take a picture that satisfies me. Can't explain why, doesn't help me take better pics thereafter, but occasionally one just gets to me. This is it I guess for 2013; may not do anything for you, but for me... The Russell Burn.

JDMvW
I've been following Civil War campaigns for a long time now.

Here is a shot with a Nikkormat EL with PC-Nikkor 35mm f/2.8 lens from 1979 with an older view still of the same area.

Janne, your dog shots make a sort-of stereo pair!

purplealien
Lots of great photos everyone. If I had to pick just one it would probably be Stanley's frog - lovely!

Not much time for photography for me this week, but here's one of my latest assistant trying to keep our labrador in the frame!

Gup
This one was shot in 2002 with an F5 and the negative was scanned this week on an LS9000.
It is of a makeshift market on the pier in Nova Scotia. The tall ship training vessel, Picton Castle, was in port for a few days to ply her wares and we happened to be there on vacation during this visit. My two daughters can be seen here searching for treasure.

dave_wilson1
I must say I really enjoyed Robert Wayt's Yankee shots with the D200. Why I still love mine, there's something about the clarity of the CCD sensor that holds it's own, and those are some keen shots!

JamieHarre
Nikon Buddies,
Another great day in Nikon land. Among my faves are from Robert W (pitcher pic), John P (buck), Stanley B (bull frog), and Young J (rattlesnake grass).
My post is a shot of just two of many blooms from a passion fruit vine that surprised me by surviving the Virginia winter to thrive this spring.
