focusing with 2 receding planes

I tried to post this question already but did not see it in the forum so I am posting it again. I am just learning LF camera techniques. I have a question about focusing a structure when you have 2 different receding planes. I am trying to photograph an old barn from a quartering to angle from the front to include the front of the barn and the left side. Neither of the surfaces is parallel to the camera. The front is slightly receding to the right and the left side is receding away from the camera at a more severe angle. I am having problems getting everything in focus. I don't have a scanned image to post; I only have the negative. Did not want to waste money on getting it scanned. I have several questions. Where should the initial focus be done? At the front corner; in the middle of the front? Should the focus be done initially at the base of the barn or halfway up the structure? Will it require both front tilt and swing to get everything in focus? Where would you start with focusing and what adjustments would you expect to be required? Thanks for you input and comments.
