Hello Nikon people, and a good Wednesday to everyone.

Though I always have a soft spot for the hunting breeds, it's pretty hard to turn down a long-time customer who asks me to photograph their new nine-week old member of her household. Even if it is a French Bulldog. I have to admit the little guy was growing on me after an hour or so. He may be tiny, but he's got a ton of personality already, and was affably bold. Had to set up some formal lighting in the client's kitchen for this one, but also spent some time just chasing him around the house.

I'm using my full Wednesday thread allotment of three shots today because I can't narrow this pup down to just one from our session. What have you been shooting? Share!

00bT7i-526581584.jpg.3de292f710227ec8783b0697749b374a.jpg

I spent Wednesday last week with my cousin's little boy Stewart and other assorted cousins and kidlets. We visited Fort Worth's Water Gardens park. You'd hardly know Stewart had his umpteenth open heart surgery a few months ago at Cook Childrens Hospital.

My cousins' kidlets are an entertaining bunch of goofballs.

Rick Moran another fantastic Osprey pic. I know how much patience it takes to get these great shots. We have a small sunflower garden growing under our bird feeders. This one is about half way open. Love the patterns. D3X, Micro-Nikkor 105 2.8 manual., F/11, 1/60 SS, ISO 64, Nikon SB 900 flash diffused and reflected.

00bT9s-526623684.jpg.9fdac807fd6ab33fcec91f26a728062c.jpg

Matt - yhat first dog pic is simply stellar!
Lex - some nice shots there, they do seem to recover quickly don't they?
Dudi -Nice capture and great expression.
Simon - great composition and mood, where is it snowing on the elephants?

I got an old church this week. It's probably the prettiest one here in good old Cedar Rapids.

00bTAC-526633584.jpg.c57f3ed26bb1f331383015a5f6a0fcc7.jpg
