steve_mareno1
I have 2, tiny Retinette 35mm folders (017 models?), and they both have the same type of light leaks. I thought it was the pressure plates, but after shimming one of them up my photos look just the same. I did the usual bellows checks, and the camera was in a half case when I took the photos. Has anyone got any ideas? It's driving me buggy, especially as I THINK the lens is a killer, but w/ these photos it's hard to tell what's going on.
.

robert_chadwick
check where the bellows are attached to the body, it looks like they could have come unstuck, that looks like a major light leak.
john_robison3
Perhaps you could try this. In a darkened room, with the back open and your eye pressed up as close as you can to the film gate, shine a hi-intensity LED flashlight around the bellows and their connection to the lens board. This might give you an idea if it is coming from somewhere around the front of the camera.
chuck_foreman1
The lines on the 2nd photo are so bright and straigt I'm tempted to think the back at the latch or hinge may be the culprit. You said though these were done with a half-case... mmmHHH
Like the others said look where the bellows attach to the lens.. easily said! I know.
