alex_pare
Hi ! First of all, please excuse me if I make some (or a lot) of mistakes... I usually speak french and I haven't been using my English for almost a year now...
So here's my question. Last year, I bought a Canon T3i as my first DSLR. Right now, I only have the kit lens (18-55mm f3.5-5.6). I'm now looking for a new one. Most of the time I shoot outdoor sports (downhill MTB, snowmobile...) so I would like a lens that focuses faster than the lens that I curently own. I would also like to be able to use it to shoot indoor during some events (like Xmas)... I thought about investing around 700$ in this new lens. So, why would you recommend ?

Thanks !

Alex
tony_leinster
You might do better to post this in the Canon EOS forum rather than here in the Mirrorless camera forum, meanwhile look at the EFS 17-55 f2.8 for a starter.
john_narsuitus
For around $700, consider something like the Canon 70-200mm f/4L to use with your kit lens.
