I think if you look around you will get an idea about how to approach this repair even without a schematic.. If you are clueless, bring it to a shop that does camera repairs. As always finding a working meter may be cheaper. ASsuming this is a battery operated meter,my aaproach would be to open the meter and look for corrosion around the contacts. IF you can trace ontinuity to the potis you may want to see if you can get the needle to move by adjusting thje potis. I think you will have one for the sensitivy and one for the gain. If it's a ho-Lo meter then you will have four potis. I saw a how to for a Gossen SIX series to re-calibrate the meter for normal cells.
