<p>Opening on June 28, 2014, this exhibition covers the long career of Henri Cartier-Bresson, one of the most important photographers of the 20th century. This is the first major retrospective exhibition to be held in Europe since the artist's death. It includes over 500 photographs, drawings, paintings, films, and documents from over 20 international collections and covering over 70 years of one of the most important figures of modern times.</p>

<p>The Henri Cartier-Bresson exhibition at the FUNDACIÓN MAPFRE runs from June 28 through September 7, 2014. It has been organized by the Centre Pompidou in Paris, in collaboration with FUNDACIÓN MAPFRE, and with the participation of the Cartier-Bresson Foundation.</p>
