<p>I’ve spent about 40 years walking through the New Orleans French Quarter. Then, at a particular time of day, in a particular season, the sun illuminates something that had gone unnoticed for nearly 4 decades. <a href="../photodb/user?user_id=6412124">John Rowsell</a> - very nice capture of the Elk Lake.<br>

I've swapped the aperture-rings between a scratched, but already Ai'd Nikkor-H Auto 85/1.8 and a very clean, but non-Ai copy of this lens. Here's one of the first shots taken with the 40 years old, but clean Nikkor-H:</p>
