digital age meaning ever fewer people shooting film, i assume. in such an age the values of everything film related should be gradually going down but the last two years have demonstrated otherwise. i have seen values change in cycles of six months in used film equipment: from x to 2x back to x again over the course of 18 months, say. in this digital age of comunications, it only takes a few people taking about how great something is, and posting a few pictures, to start moving the price up and up and up. As those commentaries drop down in the search engine findings, the values start to come down again. or so it seems to me. so it's hard to predict. it's a fast medium tele with APO glass so it should hold its value, and you're getting it a bit below its value.

If the glass is perfect, then $1500 is a very keen price, especially with a 645 Pro camera thrown in.

It should come with a set of rear filters, and ideally the metal carrying case it was originally sold with.

"The digital age" has not decreased interest in the manual focus Mamiya APO lenses, at all. On the contrary, they are still used by digital-back shooters on the Mamiya/PhaseOne camera because they are faster than the AF alternatives, and their quality is of the very highest level. For example, see Brian Hirschfield's tests of the 300/2.8 with an 80 Mpix back. I don't have the 300/2.8 (would love to get one) but I do have the 200/2.8 and it's the best optic I've ever used.
