<p>I got up at 4:00 this morning to try and get some meteors. I got a few and also ended up with some good stackable images for trails too.<br>

<p>Over the past two weeks I've been involved in an airborne survey which needed sunny weather and clear skies. The past week has involved a lot of waiting for good light, good weather and relatively dry ground. On Friday morning that day arrived, but didn't last for long.<br>

<p>Fall color is fading fast, but I went a little lower in elevation than my usual spots and found some decent color.</p>

Got this yesterday with the Tamron 300/2.8. No TC--just an exercise in being still in the woods.<br>

<p>I didn't have the tripod set up when this guy showed up so I took this Rambo-style (hand-held from behind the stone column on the porch) with the Sigma 500/4.5/Kenko0 1.5x TC/540 flash and Better Beamer<br>

<p>Yuri, those first two are great! Some lovely landscapes, too, Robert and DC.</p>

<p>It has been a hectic week. The first is a church. while I was shooting it a fellow came up and informed me they were preparing to tear it down in the next couple of weeks as it was no longer safe. We visited an Amish community this week . I also babysat 3 grandchildren that all wanted to go take photos . First one of the ones of the church</p><div></div>

<p>I participated in two photography workshops last week, one at Wave Hill (ongoing) and one at the NY Botanical Gardens, each with it's own focus (Sorry!).<br>
