sunilmendiratta
Hi All,
I am starting film after digital(which i will continue to shoot) and could not find and good lab. i heard Calypso and west Coast Imaging but Calypso is closed and WCI no longer into film.
Can you please recommend some labs (for slide, negative B&W)where i can get film processed/printed/scanned. I may want to print them digitally as well Traditionally.
Any reference to optical lab will also help. Please share your experience as some lab might be good in B&W but not in slides.

Many Thanks,
Sunil

andylynn
You're in California? NCPS does C41, E6 and B&W.
donbright
northcoastphoto.com- North Coast Photo is a long time lab that caters to Professionals and amateurs alike. They are dedicated to quality, they are clean as to how they handle film, no dirt, very organized. They do C-41, and they use Dip and Dunk tanks for E-6. They charge, $11.95 for scans.

samantha_cunningham
You can also try Denver Digital Imaging Center (a.k.a. the Slideprinter) They process E-6, C41 and black and white in any format even 8x10, dip and dunk too, very clean. They'll send you a mailer as well and they also do very high quality drum scanning. I've been using them for many years and have always been happy. www.theslideprinter.com
wblynch
Datachrome in Irvine, California. They only do E-6 but they do magnificent work and very fair charges. I don't believe they offer scanning services. Just develop and mount/no-mount.

sharpywarpy
@ Samantha Cunningham: I navigated the www.theslideprinter.com site and could not find anything mentioning developing film. Could you direct me to the proper page at said site that lists information about their developing of film? Thanks.
samantha_cunningham
@Ray Bramton Yeah no problem, here is the link. http://www.theslideprinter.com/services/e6-slide-developing/ They also run C-41, not sure why it isn't listed on the page but I just had some developed last week so I know for sure they do and it is dip and dunk just like there E6.
