"Notify me of Responses"

The new method of "response notification" via HTML-with-ads e-mail, leaves the viewer with a tiny font, difficult to read, too narrow a text column and no hyperlinks back to the original post.

The cell for the ad on the right crowds out the text on the left a bit too much.

URLs for the original post are shown, but in my e-mail client, Thunderbird, the URL are not hyperlinks.

A few tweaks would make the response notification e-mails a much better user experience as well as drive more traffic to the site.

I'm just sayin'

Josh: I got a question: I like the HTML version on my computer mails, but when using my iPhone, it gets harder to read, so I'd like a system that automatically sees whether I use my computer (HTML) or iPhone (use ordinary non-HTML mail). Is there any technical solution to this, or am I just wishing for something that is technically impossible. (I'm just a computer rookie)
