david_burgess2
I just can not find this light leak, does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? The camera has been converted to a pack film with a Super Shooter back. The bellows are wrinkled in one area, but using a bright light I see no leaks. The leak is in the same place each time.
julie_carpenter
Is it possible that the seal between the Super Shooter back and the camera body was compromised? Or the place where the bellows join the body? Did you try more than one film pack? That's a neat mod...I've got an 800 that I'm considering performing the same operation on.
I'd love to see some more pics; I'm very curious about the results.
david_burgess2
I believe leak was where back closes. I added light seal material. I am waiting on film, should be here by Friday. The 150 was my 1st conversion, then I did a 110A which had no problems. The conversion is not hard and there are some good sites with how to's. I did 98% of the cutting with a hacksaw. I tryed my dremel with a cut off wheel but could not cut straight:^) The 800 will be a good candidate.
david_burgess2
Still have the light leak:^( I am going to disassemble and try again. I do think Ive got it located, but I need to remove the rangfinder top, and I think I am going to rework and paint it.
