Recommended Posts

I come to Photo Net for the past 11-12 years. I enjoy it and i like the way it is. I became a member 10 years ago and i think, by paying my subscription i would help Photo Net get better, add new features and stay alive (maybe they don't need my help?! but i like to think they do) for many years. And becoming a member have its advantage of course.. so why not!

That say, for this Holiday i would like to offer 4 one year subscription as a gift to people who don't have one. For those of you who come here, ask questions...and are not paying yours for whatever reasons ; )

+ this year, Photo.Net is offering a 1 year membership to Popular Photography magazine (hopefully this deal will still be avaible on december 25th?)

I will pick 4 random name from this post December 25 2010. Simply put your name in this post, no questions ask, pure chance if you got picked.

That's my way of showing my appreciation to this forum, and to make my world a better one...imagine if you had the chance to offer something to a perfect stranger, how happier would you feel after! pay it forward....

Merry Xmas, Hanuka, Noel, Feliz Navidad and any other celebration you might celebrate to all of you :)

* if you can post image that will make this post even more interesting to look at.. nothing to do with who will get picked, but since its a photo forum.. why not make a effort ; )

PATRICK LAVOIE
RETOUCHEUR PHOTO / PHOTO RETOUCHER

ADMIN EDIT

Another 4 subscriptions have been donated anonymously. This brings the total to 12 people that Patrick will be selecting. -Josh

00Zhlk-422311684.jpg.89451807da1b0e206fea05eaef3ada85.jpg

First impression, Montreal was quite nice, possibly in my top 5 in the whole western hemisphere. I was there less than a week...I took this snap while taking a quick afternoon scroll via the metro. It was the apex of my time in Montreal....

Patrick,

Don't have one, not necessarily looking to get one , however I think it is a terrific tradition which you carry on with this annual offer. Although I only lurk on this forum, I've been doing so for years. Thanks to your ongoing generosity with sharing your time, your knowledge and your experience, I have learned a lot from reading your posts. Thanks and Happy Holidays.

Patrick, this is a very nice offering. I have learnt so much from you and other members, and I have tried to answer a few questions myself - however my knowledge is quite limited to the vast expertise here. Please count me in (I am at the office now - can't post an image)
