Hi.
Does anyone have a workshop manual for the ricoh gr1 or the gr1s? Both my ricohs has now lost there top displays. And I would like to know how they work and if its fixable. Sending it to a workshop is not an option since they always says its unrepairably or ridiculously expensive....

thanks

John, have you tried contacting Essex Camera Repair ? www.camerarepair.com
If you really love the camera, I'd say a hundred bucks and change would be reasonable for a fix, and worth it, IMHO.
Michael, the Gr1 is a spiffy compact 35mm, a lot better than the Yashica T series P&S's. The 28/2.8 is a dandy. The digital versions are known as the GRD.
