If all else fails, read the instructions - two not-very-good photos follow. The first results from re-reading the EP1 manual and finding it does multiple exposures. Use this a lot on my DSLR for reducing effective ISO and flowing water/clouds etc. On the Pen, the first image is ghosted in the screen so you can position the second easily - very neat.

00Y0F1-319375584.jpg.f2cf80d74f1488198e4085f8b4f66ee7.jpg

Still haven't been able to get 'out' to shoot; actually, not sure if the news has reached other parts of the world but Australia, in particular, Queensland is currently experiencing record flooding. Sadly, many people have lost everything, 10 people have died and around 70 people are missing.
Luckily for me, apart from being cut off travel wise, we have not had any problems.
So anyway, here are a couple from a photo shoot a while ago.

00Y0XP-319629584.jpg.aba32a361b7e6fedc151e1141eaa52c7.jpg

And just for some perspective for those who don't know how big an area our terrible floods are here in Australia, the area currently flooded in our state Queensland is bigger than France and Germany combined which is bigger in size than the states of Texas and Arizona in the USA combined.

Anthea, you are probably right that people in the USA don't pay a lot of attention to what is happening in Australia, it being so far away. Have now watched a few MSNBC videos of the flood and see that is a very bad situation there. Hope you are ok and out of the danger zone. I have always thought of Australia as being a hot arid place.

Thanks Sanford, and yes apart from two family members stranded and unable to get home (although they are quite safe where they are) we are ok. I can't say that of course for the vast majority of Queenslanders, I think at the moment everyone is holding thier collective breath so to speak, waiting until the rain stops (it's supposed to be easing today, Wednesday) and the flood waters can start to recede, althought that's also going to be tricky because our Dams are way overfull, so water is being released back into the Brisbane River, which is just adding to the problem!

Anthea - the words, stills and videos we're seeing about the floods are very sobering. Can't imagine what it's like to have several feet of water through a house. Our news suggests Brisbane will have its highest water today. Hope you and yours are and stay dry!

Thanks John! Aparently, we have one more king tide (for Brisbane) where the flood waters will rise up to 5.2 meters. This will be at 3.30am our time. We have been hearing alot of very sad stories; so much devastation it's very hard to take it all in. Our last floods this bad was in January 1974, and although they predicted these floods would be worse, it seems that they won't be, thank goodness. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
