Minox Prossessing in NY Dead!!

<p>Just got off the phone with them looking for 3 rolls of my film. They said the output is very slow and the processing equipment is broken and too expensive to repair. They now recommend Blue Moon....Goodbye Minox NY.</p>

<p>Ok, Ok, Minox Ny has been a slow for years now, this is true. Great people but getting your film back takes ages. Blue Moon is quite capable but prints tend to be on the small side. I recommend a German fellow, Carsten Chadt. Located in Siegen Germany. Yes, it is a Euro priced work but you get your film back very fast. I used Minox Ny from 1985 until 2005. Monika did well tracking my film and though it took ages, I kept coming back. Then I found Lab811.com run by Carsten. He has great equipment and even makes his own cameras as well as spliting his own film for retail. I have had nothing but FANTASTIC service from him. I have 7 rolls at his shop now, took a week through the post, he processed them in about two days and they are making their way back to me now. The price in Euros is well worth the speed, the quality and options available to you through his shop. I have been to his house and and his shop too. North of Frankfurt about two hours if you find yourself in Germany. </p>

<p>For UK users, MS hobbies still does 8x11 processing (colour and black and white), it can be slow, but it is still done.</p>
