smarksphotography
Hi,
I recently purchased a Lasolite HiLite. I am just getting used to it. For example, I have finally be able to found it back up a few times in a row without a lot of pain and suffering (just a little : > )
Anyway, I started to experiment with it the other day and I was able to get pretty good results just starting out only using Canon 550ex to light it (and a 580ex ii in a hotshoe in front).
But I noticed I was capturing wrinkling in background. I was wondering how common this was and what possible solutions where. I supposed I could boost the power of the speedlight but it took me a little while to balance things nicely in other respects so I didn't try this approach yet. I was wondering if there where others to consider.
Also I am "storing" the HiLite setup rather than folded up. I assume that doesn't make a difference and is fine, but wanted to hear from anyone with more experience with these things.
Thanks in advance,

S.
