Greetings-
I have PS7 and ACDSeePro on my PC. Neither of these has a photomerge/panormaic function.
I have PSElelements 10 on my MacbookPro which has a great panoramic function, but it can't handle anymore than two images at a time.
I'm trying to merge 4-6 images together (BMX bikers). Files were shot RAW on manual and converted to jpgs. I have different size jpgs too (from 600 kb to 4 mb) and PSE won't do it. The Mac just freezes up.
My question is: Are there plug-ins for my PS7 (PC version)?
Thanks-

Just off the top of my head ~ you might have performance problems on your machines. Have you tried clearing up issues e.g. defragmenting hard drives, adding more RAM etc.
Also you might get more well defined responses to your query if you state what camera system you are tied to. There might also be some work-arounds, depending on your camera's propietary software. For example if you are a Canon-ite, there is Canon's PhotoStitch. ..and thus you might have never need of plug-ins.

I don't know of any plug-ins but at the moment I'm testing several programs for stitching pictures. These are all stand-alone programs under Windows:
Hugin (freeware)
Autopano Pro (EUR 100)
Panoramamaker 6 (EUR 80)
Panoramaplus (USD 15)
Phototitch (free with Canon cameras)
Microsoft ICE (freeware)
Photoshop CS4 (expensive)
Prices are approximate, you can find the software and the exact prices by doing a Google search. The quality of these programs differs, depending on the quality of the images used as input. It's not just that you get what you pay for, each of these has its own quality, like speed, number of input formats, etc. Hugin seems to be the one with the most options.

Jim, I use Panorama Studio which words just fine for me (Windows) but I am curious about your last comment re editing your shots before stitching. My program works much better if I edit the stitched image. So except for rotating the picture before stitching ( I always shoot my panoramic shots in portrait mode) I let the program sort out the focal length of the lens and do all the warping and blending etc.
