Have XTI, tough to choose upgrade

I have two XTI's I am selling one. I also have all 2.8 glass L lens. In all honesty I don't have the time I used to, to compare models. Most of you know they differences without looking anymore. I have been planning on buying the 7D until I read the 5DM2 is much better in higher ISO. I know both are going to be better than my XTI. Its the only thing I don't like about the XTI. I also know that the 5D was always a great camera and now with this upgrade I would assume its even better. I would love to have the frame rate that is on the 7D but honestly, I don't do much that requires it. I think my most important factor is that I want better ISO quality. That leaves me with another con. Full Frame. I know most people love it but I have never shot with it and personally I like the fact I have the extra reach. Someone just help me make up my mind. Or better yet, someone from Canon please let me know that the next camera that comes out is going to have the best of both worlds, frame rate, better focusing system, more focus points, and excellent high ISO quality. One last favor, when will the next model be available?
Thanks everyone.

If you shoot action enough to need the 8fps, which you said you don't, then get the 7D. Otherwise, I think the 5D MkII would be better b/c it will give you more versatility with respect to your lenses. Each lens will act like a different focal length on each body, practically doubling your lens set just by buying one body. Also, although the resolution between the 7D and 5D is similar, there is no substitute for a full frame camera; wider wide angles, larger pixels, and better bokeh. I'd get the 5D MkII.

Thank you for your response. One thing I forgot to mention, and another thing I forgot to ask.... First, I guess I could sell my 10-17 2.8 if I got a full frame and because I have a 17-55 2.8. Am I correct with that? Also, is there that much difference in HIGH ISO between the 5dM2 and the 7D?

sell the 17-55mm and get either the 16-35mm f/2.8 L or the 17-40mm f/4 L. Both are great lenses and will be super wide on a FF camera. The 16-35mm would cost a little more than what you'll get for the 17-55mm and the 17-40mm will give you some money left over. Or if you want something very similar to what the 17-55mm looks like on your current camera, get the 24-70mm f/2.8 L. The 17-55mm hold its value well and shouldn't be hard to get top dollar for, and there are plenty of great replacements for it, I wouldn't fret.
