asimrazakhan
1. The interchangeable finders of my LX
2. My self-carved wooden grip on my LX (this is an even more personalized attribute than the rainbow of colors available for the kx)
3. The addictive feel of cocking my LX
4. The beautiful curves of my MZ-S with battery grip. The camera becomes an extension of the hand.
5. The 31, 43, and 77 lenses being the sharpest and best built and yet some of the smallest
6. The fact that a Pentax film SLR with 31, 43, and 77 weighs less than a Leica MP/M7 with a 35, 50, and 75. And people buy rangefinders for their portability?!
mountainvisions
1. Compact/Lightweight/Durable (never had a camera fail me in the field, used or new) plus current sealing is the tits (on a cow)
2. unique lens lineup that isn't matched by the competition in any way
3. Stabilized wide angle primes (still waiting to see Canikon make a stabilized wide angle prime), stabilized retro primes, stabilized video with fast old lenses (since AF doesn't work on video anyway, why not go legacy)
4. Great value for a system (whether 35mm film, 645, 67, or digital SLR)
5. SCREW YOU LESS THAN THE COMPETITION!!!!!!!

tim_drake
1. Only Pentax made the incredible Pentax 67II sytem.

2. Pentax made the Pentax 645N system the best of its class.

3. Pentax made the world’s smallest AF 35mm SLR called the Pentax ist* and if you put a DA40 on it you have the worlds coolest most compact film camera that will knock the socks off any Nikon or Canon DSLR.

4. My Pentax Super Program with green leather on it is so pretty that it makes a subject in its self.

5. Shooting a Pentax creates Pentax moments. Shooting fall color at Jackson Hole this last September a Canon shooter seeing my Pentax 67 on a tripod asked me how many megapixels it was. I told him it was four times full frame and 70 megapixels. He said wow that must have a big screen on the back and walked around to the back side of my tripod to see it. His mouth dropped open when he saw no screen and I filled in you have to use the viewfinder. At this point he was totally dumb founded and walked away.
