I use BlueHost. I chose them from among several inexpensive hosts because they have superior customer service. So far, I've been very satisfied. My site is at:
Best,

Bill, I use PowWeb . It is superb. Unlimited storage and email, and very affordable. It also has a couple of different portfolio systems, several ecommerce options, blogs, sales, and many other modules, all included for about $5 per month. I like that you can host as many sites as you want. Check it out at PowWeb.com . Be careful when leaving Homestead. I've had a number of friends try to leave and they could not get their domain name back from them.

Hi Bill, I was in the same boat recently and went with Bludomain.

I read a bit of negative publicity about them, but took a chance anyway because i liked the templates.

I've been very happy with them. I didn't experience any of the delays that i'd read about. The only delays I had were due to time difference as I'm in Australia.

They are very easy to update and have no ads. Not even a bludomain tagline.

My site is www.simplydigitalphotography.com.au

They have a large range of templates available. Mine is from the $100 range, but there are some for $50 and some for $400.

Good luck.

I JUST put together my website Vaill Photo using squarespace.com . They were recommended to me by a graphic designer friend of mine. They've got gallery options and domain mapping as well as various modifiable templates for $14/month, this includes hosting. I've been pretty happy so far but it's only been a few days and can make changes from any computer that has an internet connection.
