james_mcgrane1
a couple of older tlr cameras fixed/"tuned" up? one is a weltaflex that fires mostly, but gets stuck on lower shutter speeds, and the other is a yashica of some sort that needs a nob and an owners manual. an ideas or info would be helpful/appreciated.

patrick j dempsey
If the Welta appears to work on faster speeds but get gummy on the lower speeds, there probably isn't anything actually wrong with it. If you excersive the shutter speeds from the highest to the lowest a few times everyday for a few weeks, and rest the camera in a sunny window the rest of the time, it should take care of itself. The lubricants are gummy and it just needs some attention. If that doesn't work, then it's time to consider CLA.
lauren_macintosh
Try A Hair dryer on low heat to loosen up the greese and then keep working the camera : or all else fail's sent out for a CLA Have fun use-ing it:
