new website creation

Hi everyone.
I am getting back into photography part time after taking 3 years off to teach full time. I am staying at home with my new daughter, and decided to get back into it.
Years ago, I get my domain name and web hosting package through yahoo. I had a mac. I was totally new to web design and none of the templates were compatible with mine for free, and so i had to learn html code and did it that way. I don't want to do that again!
Now I have PC. Mac is dead :( I want to start up a new site, but I was thinking I should get my domain through godaddy. Here is what I want in a website:
1- flash player on homepage
2-email by the domain name
3-set up password protected galleries
4-lowest price available, since I'm just doing it part time and money is tight.
5-be sure that the photos are unable to copy by viewer
What I would like to know is, do I need to have a domain regristrar, then web host, and then someone else to set up the website for flash player to showcase the photos? Any suggestions on what companies do have these things? I am sort of a novice at a LOT of things...i was looking at ifp3 but wasn't sure what everyone thought of it...
Any help would be greatly appreciated--this forum has helped me tremedously in the past.
Thank you all so much!

Jacqueline, You could start with a domain name, though many hosting companies will offer free domain name registration. Something to check though is whether or not your domain name is registered to them or you. Email using your domain name is usually included. I'd also recommend you consider an HTML home page as Flash is difficult to impossible for search engines to index. If your site is for commercial purposes you certainly want to make it as easy as possible for a search engine to index it. Flash does have the advantage of making photo-theft difficult, but not impossible. If it's simply a site to show your photos to friends and family then search engine indexing isn't likely to matter.

Check other recent posts in this forum over the last 2-3 months; many have asked similar questions.
