ARRI Lights?

Has anyone used these ARRI tungsten lights with fersnel lens, especially 2K watts?
I mainly work with one light for beauty and fashion and I like my lighting to be very directional and contrasty. I have seen video's of great photographers shooting high fashion shoots with these lights. Currently, I use a Elinchrom Monolights with a deep, 50 degree reflector to create the contrastly look. I normally shoot f8 to f11 at ISO 100. Since I am currently using strobe lighting, shutter speed does not really matter.
My main concern is the Shutter Speed and Aperture I will be able to get with this HOT ARRI lights in flood or medium opending at ISO 100? Would I be able to get 1/200s at f5.6 or f8 at ISO 100 and keep the light at around 9 feet away from the model?
Here are some of the images I have created with the Elinchrom and would like to do very simiar with ARRI lights
Any suggestions would be apprecited

00Tcvd-143155784.thumb.jpg.434c20fae591f8e9b3fd05452313b792.jpg

I've never used that combination, but unless my math is completely off, I don't think so. 2k watts shot at 1/200 will be the rough equivalent of a 10 Ws strobe. The fresnel lens might be able to concentrate and throw the light farther, but you're still short of the ~100 Ws necessary to achieve f/8 from 9 feet.
