Vanguard MK2 + SBH 300

<p>Could you please help me out.I have got old vanguard mk2 or something very similar to it.I spoilt the head of the tripod and intend to buy new one.<br>

I am looking forward to buying SBH 300 Ballhead.But I don't know wether it is going to fit my tripod legs or not.I tried to email Vanguard 4-5 times but no one answered back.<br>

If any of you has encountered the same problem before or simply knows the answer could you please help me out,</p>

<p>Have never seen a Vanguard Mk2 so have no basis however SBH300 Ballhead will<br>

mount with either 1/4" or 3/8" standard tripod threads (3/8" might need a<br>

thread adapter?). It is a very large ballhead so make sure it's what you need.</p>

<p>Eventually I have received a response from vanguard, they say SBH 300 won't fit my tripos so if any one of you is interested with the same issue,now you will know the answer :))</p>
