RaymondC
Hi, between these 2 brands, there is some diff in prices, but if I can get it used for a decent price, is thereany significant flaws in the chepaer Kirks? Is it that much better with the RRS? Cheers
djthomas
I have a Kirk L-bracket for my D300 and have been extremely pleased with the fit and finish of the product. It is very well made, machined nicely and for what it's worth, it has never left my camera since I put it on. I have not owned an RRS model, so I can't speak to the quality of that product although I have heard and read good things about it too. --David
diane_madura
Ray, pretty much everything David says about the Kirk bracket, I would say of the RRS L-bracket.
Rene11664880918
Ray... as David, my Kirk L-Bracket its been on my camera since I got. Great craftsmanship, I am sure the camera will be all gone before the bracket. I can think what would make one or the other more expensive. Just the name I guess. You won't go wrong with either one. acbeddoe
I have both Kirk and RRS L-brackets for the D80. They are a little different in design, but of equally high quality and function.
