gregory_martin
Horseman makes a couple of nice ones. One is called the "long" and one is the "large". B&H shows both. The long is 39 inches. No measurement for the large, but I believe it is shorter than the long.
bob_salomon
Gepe makes all types from 6" to 40". They have cloth covered, PVC covered, Steel covered and mesh metal covered ones as well as a choice of Zeiss lock or "T" lock types.
AaronFalkenberg
Pentax has always made an excellent cable release. Unlike cheap ones that use a weak plastic housing, the Pentax cables are woven - very durable. They are also inexpensive and easy to come by.
