hagar
Dave. Did you shoot that duck with the dragon? I'm glad you've picked up the slack.. ever since Javier got into street shooting, there's nary a duck to be seen.
Nick.. that pumpkin is pretty cool... I like your other two shots as well, even with the cut and paste :-) I agree with you about the young lady.. she hardly ever takes a bad photo.
michael_elenko
We've had a real dry and lovely week here. Even a few faint hints of spring. And more daylight!
Back to a few sunrise shots of interest as well, helps me avoid reading the depressing newspapers during the commute.

Wednesday Morning, K20D, DA* 50-135mm, f5.6 @1/20, ISO 400

Wednesday Morning No. 2, K20D, Tamron 17-50mm, f 6.7@1/90, ISO 400

And then a stroll through Seattle more industrial south area

Tanks & Trees, K20D, Tamron 17-50mm, F8@1/750, ISO 400

ME

steve_t.1
Yvon, I really liked that first one, it looks like the world is about to be swallowed up by the fog. Very nice!
pj_vesterback
Some interesting shots this week. And I'm going to cheat a bit. Seems to me that Sundays are the only days I get out shooting this winter. And the subjects seem same. More ice racing. pj_vesterback
And of course the obligatory Mini pic. He had a different view of the world for a few minutes. Push some serious wrinkles in the roof, broke out all the windows (good thing they are lexan) except one and filled the car with snow. Had a huge smile and said it was more fun than racing the car. <a title="IMGP8416 by Fnawzm, on Flickr" href=" src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3514/3268327166_4842df1a12_o.jpg" alt="IMGP8416" width="800" height="533" />

rose_duclos
Angela, I like the abandoned truck picture more - beautiful scenery and lighting. (But I'm really sick of snow.)
Louisa, I like the farm picture more than the dogs (who seem happy enough)... (We really must get you a cat) - the farm picture captures the feeling of abandonment, between all the rust on the roof, and the empty field. The grey of the sky threatens, adding further to the desolation there... If only we could paint in a few high rises among the trees on the horizon - and lighten things up a bit :D ( for a whole new perspective on country living).
