iczek
Hi

I have some problem with two boxes of my Polaroid 55. Boxes are overrated and chemicals in pods are not spread enough to develop the negative.
I would like to find developing formula to develop negative with no 545 holder.
I want to cut out negative and try to develop it separately.
The problem is - what developer should I use...? How long?

Any experience..? Any idea...?

iczek
I put one negative into Xtol (1:1) for 3-4 minutes. It works. Than I put it into standard fixer and the negative is fine but very thin.

I will work with this developer more later...
The time should me shorter I think...

armin_seeholzer
For XTOL 1:1 would be a good starter time at around 8 min -10 min!

Cheers Armin
