cool photo event in san diego on thursday

that has strong leica connections. the usps is releasing its

american masters stamp series at MOPA in san diego on thursday. the

public ceremony will be held at the museum (which has a site, but

curiously omits any reference to this major event -- the usps site,

however, has all the details) at 11 AM. a number of the photogs

honored were devout leica users. ker6tesz and 6winogrand are two of

my personal favorites. anyway, if any forum users are there, i am

going to be covering the event. i will be wearing a pale blue

lacoste shirt and acrrying, inter alia, some type of m camera.
