sg_adams
The Focuspots are as accurate as the Kalart is calibrated. But only good for relatively close subject as the beam will become more difficult to see the farther out it gets. They were connected to the accessory plug on the flash battery pack tube. I've got a bunch of the Focuspots. The one I have that always works is incorporated into the Graflex made rangefinder on my "top RF" Crown Graphic. These have two "AA" batteries in the unit, which also hold the little door that is often missing on these cameras. Some folks put balsa wood or plastic blocks in so batteries areout of the camera and do not rot in there, which I should do. Anyway, yeah, fun cameras.
