scott squire nonfiction
Howdy all. At what appears to be considerable risk of attracting some long scribbly rants to the thread, I'd like to know if there is anyone in the Seattle area who has a 4x5 converted Polaroid (or similar) rangefinder. Seems like quite a nifty thing, but before I lay down my dollars I would love to try shooting with one. I'd be grateful if I could meet up with somebody and see/feel/use their camera if so, and would be willing to provide drinks, the loan of some other equipment or just an afternoon of photo talking/walking by way of compensation. Kindly drop me a note... squireATnonfictionphotoDOTcom
razzledog
Hi Scott...It's a shame you are so far away or I could loan you a Razzle for the weekend..... Check here to get an idea at least: The idea of drinks sounds quite appealing, toss in an air fare to Seattle and I'll be off ASAP. Cheers, Dean. scott squire nonfiction
Thanks for the response Dean--it's your camera that's got me thinking of these things. You don't happen to have any Seattle area clients you might connect me with, with their permission of course?
scott squire nonfiction
By the way, where is this thread appearing? I'm having problems finding it in the regular LF forum or in the "Meeting in Person" subforum. I don't get it. I wonder if it's a Safari browsing issue, or what.
