ed_v. Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 I shoot my daugher's gymnastics events. I read the post that Mark linked to and found a lot of useful advice. One thing I'd like to add is that I set exposure compensation to -1 stop and shoot RAW. That let's me use my 70-200 f/4L at 1600 ISO with acceptable results.
