jeff_guthrie
I've recently come across one of these cameras in good condition. The camera cones with an old 5cm/2 lens, and is in good condition with an ever ready case. Any information about it's functions, value, etc. would be appreciated.

I also came across an old black Yashica Electro 35 in it's original box. It includes the original rubber lens hood, cap, ever ready case, strap, paperwork, and an original Yashica monopod. Information about this camera would also be appreciated.

Thank you,
Jeff
alan_macoustra
Jeff; try The Yashicaguy.com web site, lots of information, especially about Electro 35. He sells a neat battery adaptor, that will have your electro up and running. They are great little cameras, well maybe not so little, still they take excellent photos, try some Fuji 400 superia, you`ll be amazed at the results ! Enjoy.

ralf_j.
Jeff - I have a Yashica J-3, excellent screw mount camera and great performer with a nice optic such as the one its got. Not worth much in terms of value, at best $15-20, but a great value as a photographic equipment. The lens even though it's a Yashinon, possibly a DX, was most likely made for Yashica on contract by Tomioka and they are famed for their superb optical performance.
