Developing Photography Skills in Bangkok.

Greetings from Bangkok!

Although I've been exploring Photo.net's galleries for over a year, I'm really new to Photo.net. Today, although a bit

timid, I finally officially registered. Since I was a young girl, I enjoyed photography; essentially, utilizing the art as a

means to express. Torn by a moral dilemma, I stopped when I found myself working in heavy conflict zones. I

couldnﾒt bring myself to take pictures in these contexts. Iﾒve just moved to Bangkok in an effort to create some

balance in my life...conflict zones arenﾒt great for a balanced life. Based in Bangkok for the next two-years, at the

least, Iﾒm now working on natural resources conflict throughout Asia Pacific. Iﾒll be travelling about 50% of my time

throughout the region. I would love to jump back into photography but find that Iﾒm my own limitation. Would anyone

know of any photographers based in Bangkok that might be interested in meeting over coffee/tea to talk about

photography, techniques, advice, etc.? Iﾒm very eager to learn and Iﾒm a great student! Thanks in advance!
