chris_autio
Sorry I can't find this answer in archives, though I have unlocked a jpg and tiff files. I simply want to trash it to get it off my desktop. How do I unlock NEF files? I can open them up in Photoshop, go to info, but am unable to make any changes to the file. Thank you. Chris
scooter0071
The following program may help you if I understand your issue correctly.http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker
ronald_moravec1
You can`t r click, then pick delete. It then is off the desktop. Eliminate the original file the usual way.

jack_landry
Try this: highlight the file, then choose File/Get info and turn off the locked Check box. Then you should be able to trash the file.

ace_fury
The fastest way is hold down the Option key as you "Empty Trash".
