gsphotoguy
The on-line comic strip <a href="http://web.mac.com/aaronandpatty/What_the_Duck/Comic_Strips/Entries/2008/5/30_WTD_488.html">What the Duck has a great entry today</a> about photograph critiques. For those not familiar with this strip, it is all about the trials of a photographer dealing with clients and critics.
peter_daalder
I reckon that comic relief is always welcome, Mark.<br>The entry that you have highlighted is also available as an <a href="http://web.mac.com/aaronandpatty/What_the_Duck/Animated_Strips_files/WTD488web.mov"> animated version.</a><p>Speaking of which... <br><a href="http://web.mac.com/aaronandpatty/What_the_Duck/Animated_Strips_files/wtdanimatedweb_1.mov"> This one </a> <b>never</b> fails to raise a good laugh! A classic!
fredrik_steffen
Funny strips, never seen them before. But how do I get to the first one? Neither the archieve nor the vault seems to be working properly.
clay2
They work, but are VERY slow to load. Call up a page, go for a coffee, then watch. /Clay
richterjw
I have just added a new page to my favorites. Peter's submission reminds of the students I teach and am currently on summer break from. Best, JR
alex_lofquist
Very clever. It's been around for about six months now. It's worthwhile waiting for the archives to come up.
ace_fury
Works fine and very fast in Safari and Firefox for Macintosh, of course speed depends on ones internet conection. The links that Mark and Peter posted go through .mac.com which might cause a problem with Windows users.<P>For direct link try: <a href=http://www.whattheduck.net/>Duck</a>
gsphotoguy
I access the site from IE 7 on a PC with no problems. Although the URL on Ace's link looks different, most of the page loads from a mac.com domain.
ace_fury
<I>"....most of the page loads from a mac.com domain. "</I><P> The .mac link is for the Johnson Family Blog which has linked to "whattheduck, net". The link I provided is the "duck" website, use whatever works for you.
