Gerry Whitmarsh
Looks great Josh, good job. FYI there does not seem to be any issues with Opera (portable).
joshroot
Rob, that is the problem I reported to the programmers. It should be fixed now however.

joshroot
Is anyone seeing the original repeating tab problem? There is some concern that the second fix may have caused the original problem to pop back up again. Sort of like putting back and forth across the green in golf. Putt-miss-putt-miss-putt-miss-etc.
ty_mixon
Repeating tabs are back.

Only problem I have is it is a bit slow but I am sure that is because you guys are working on stuff still. I love the new look, makes everything look FRESH! bernie_heins
Looks good but..... Now when I view the gallery, I have scroll. Before all 10 images fit perfectly on my screen. :(
eliete
Congrats for the new layout, I really liked. Cool and up to date. Is it possible turn to blue the gray areas of the workspace? "Welcome to Photo.net: A Community of Photographers" I loved that!

joshroot
<i>"Looks good but..... Now when I view the gallery, I have scroll. Before all 10 images fit perfectly on my screen. :("</i> <p> This is one of those things where it is impossible to make everyone happy. Due to the large variety of screen sizes and resolutions, if we set things one way, we get complaints from one set of people, if we set it another way, we get complaints from the other people. <p> So we have decided to make it look as close to the same for everyone as possible. joshroot
That is a mess Mary. But no matter what I do, I can't replicate the issue. Do you see the same issue when you use IE?

danbliss
Josh - I like the new look. Thank you for working on it. I do have one issue with the display of portfolios, top photos, etceteras. The array of photos don't resize to the window width. Now the page uses only part of the window width, and I have to scroll down to see all the photos, making it more difficult to view and use. It is a bit annoying. I hope you can fix this. In any case, I like the new look. Thank you for your efforts. Dan

jeroen1973
I have to agree with other people about the fixed width for the top photos. I used to have all the 10 photos on one screen, but now it is spread out a bit clumsy :-( What is an example of a complaint for some people if you would set it to spread out to the width of your browser? I don't see what you mean. In the previous situation it worked fine for me on different computers with different screen resolutions. But when I was on my main computer I was always very happy it spread out nicely in a grid of 2x5. I know another site (photoblink.com) where it is possible to set the amount of rows and columns you can see on one page. Maybe a simular solution is possible here? Or a setting where you can choose to see the top photos fixed with or not. Kind regards, Jeroen Akershoek
