A request for help

A long time ago, when I first started posting here, someone posted a photograph

of his grandmother in her kitchen. It was a simple snapshot really, in color.

The poster was not from The US, if I remember right.<p>

 

I loved the photograph and saved it somewhere. Computers come and go and I've

lost the photo. This photograph touched me deeply and I wish I could find it

again. I wrote to the poster and we emailed one and other a few times. I can't

remember the posters name of course.

 

If anyone can help, I'd be grateful.

Gene - You probably already tried this. When I search photo.net for "grandmother +kitchen" there are 67 hits. Maybe one of these?

How about '"gene m" +kitchen' (38 hits) or '"gene m" +grandmother'(28 hits). If all else fails, you might check all 3195 of your posts :-)

I looked around a little and couldn't find anything. If you do find the photo be sure to post it or a link to it.

Gene, when did you start posting? If you click on the Uncategorized link on the right hand side of the screen, it will show all postings to the Classic Camera forum, which was started in 2003.

The pnet database crashed some time in the summer and some of the old stuff was lost with it. I have come across many links with broken images or going not where intended(old ones). I think you may be out of luck on this one.
